Double J Music is a Bristol-based music company run by James Kinnear, built around a simple idea: great music deserves thoughtful curation. What began as a passion for discovering and sharing music has grown into a multi-platform outlet spanning playlists, releases, and sync-ready catalogues - all crafted with care and purpose.

Playlists

Double J began curating playlists in 2016, born from a shared passion for music between twin brothers Jonathan and James Kinnear. What started small has grown into a network reaching over a million followers. Today, the playlists remain carefully curated by James, with the same focus on mood, flow and long-term listening.

Label

Double J also releases music through its label imprints:

• Pianoramix: Beautiful piano music, from classical to contemporary.
  
• Front of House Recordings: Fresh UK house music, including the annual ‘#Ibiza’ compilation series.

Sync

The Double J catalogue has been streamed hundreds of millions of times and featured in shows like Severance, The Good Wife, Love Island and So You Think You Can Dance.

Double J Music Publishing was launched recently to support and develop the catalogue, and is administered by Sony Music Publishing UK.
